Recognising that you may have a mental health problem and taking the first steps to get help can be difficult. It may take time to begin to benefit from help but there are many effective treatments for mental health problems.
We’re here to help. We understand that the Telephone Access System may not be ideal to discuss your problems in depth. Please contact us, and we will try to arrange time to talk to you that’s convenient and help you move forward.
