Telephone and Video call Access

We operate a telephone and video access system alongside e-consults. When you want to make telephone or video contact with a GP you simply ring on the day between 8am and 4pm, or book a slot online.

The doctor will ring you back, usually within 1 hour (our current average is 42 minutes) to discuss your problem and set up a video call if necessary.

If we can help you without disrupting your day, we will. If it it something that needs a face to face assessment, we’ll arrange a time with you, usually on the same day, in compliance with current COVID restrictions.
